For 6 years, we partnered with a quality assurance-focused annual technology conference looking to attract new speakers and attendees. Going strong since 1982, this nonprofit organization wanted to expand its audience by recruit talks from people using new leadership techniques, testing in mobile-first platforms, and working on emerging technology.
We provided a strategic communications plan to reach a more diverse audience within the quality assurance community worldwide, while explaining the career benefits of participating in the conference. We exceeded the internal goal for presentation proposals each year.
