Basic Refresh Package 

Good for:

When your website already serves you well, but it needs a small boost to make a better impact

What’s included:

  • Website audit of the top 10 pages
    • Review how pages are structured, how to navigate between pages, and that links to other pages work and are correct
    • Check the flow of how fast it takes to find content, plus evaluate the content on those pages
  • Update existing content (text & visuals)
    • Expanding existing pages
  • Minor design changes (layouts of existing pages, updating colors/font combinations to align with brand)

  • Everything in the Basic Refresh package
  • Designing layouts for and building up to 5 new pages
  • Improved user experience:
    • Adding calls to action
    • Ensuring standard accessibility: Improve color contrast so text is easier to read on background colors, add detailed photo descriptions and alt/hovertext for screen readers and other accessibility aids
  • Improved navigation and footer menus, including simplification for mobile users
    • Adding a plug-in to allow for important announcements
  • Integration with the payment platform
  • Integration with newsletter

Enhanced Redesign Package 

Good for:

An upgrade to modernize an outdated site and position you to have a robust digital presence

What’s included:

  • Everything in the Standard Redesign
  • Branding updates for social media to match the website
  • Personalized appeals for website, newsletters, and social media platforms around campaigns
  • Full site restructure based on user journeys
    • Adding new sections and pages not yet discussed
    • Adding more plugins for ease of updating
    • Adding more testimonials to weave storytelling throughout the site
  • Custom design elements (illustrations) and possibly micro-interactions (animations, scroll effects)

Price: $12,500-$15,000

ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS:

  • Better mobile/tablet design and/or navigation menus, with cross-browser testing.
  • Basic performance improvements (page speed, internal linking).
  • Branding for the organization that matches the website: postcards or business cards for staff and board members to hand out when they’re at community events.
  • CMS training for the in-house team to update content going forward.
  • SEO housekeeping to increase searchability, based on Analytics
    • Update keywords on each page and the copy of each page to reflect how they want people to find them via search
    • Update each page’s meta data, including: Titles, descriptions of photos and graphics, categorization of headlines and subheads

Yes! All packages are starting points. We’ll work with you to tailor the scope to your goals, budget, and timeline.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for 501(c)(3) organizations, when bundling multiple services or committing to a 6–12 month plan.

Can we start with a project package and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients begin with a one-time campaign or report and transition into a monthly engagement. Think of these projects as a gateway to a longer-term relationship.

What if we just need SEO support or navigation help?
We offer à la carte services and smaller standalone packages for orgs who just need support in one area. Let’s talk!
